Life sized standing Buddha carved into a clay bank at the Sudarshanaloka retreat centre. Some plastering with wet clay. Mostly done with my hands, stones, and twigs, but I did use a spade for the major excavation work.

Note the beautiful golden color of the clay in January, so apt for the Buddha who is frequently described as being golden. Two months of weathering have cracked and bleached the clay.
