My name is Jayarava which means "Shout or Cry of Victory" in Sanskrit. I have written a more full explanantion in the "Jayarava Sūtra".I am a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order and have been involved in the Triratna Buddhist Community for many years.

Jayarava.org is a more or less static place for me to store and display examples of my work in various mediums. It doesn't get updated very often, but it provides a backdrop to my other activity on the internet. This website is where you will find examples of my Art, Writing and Music. I've also included some thoughts about Buddhism.

Formerly I was a lot more active on the internet but these days my efforts are concentrated on two sites.
- Jayarava Rave - reflections, commentary, opinion from a non-sectarian Western Buddhist point of view.
- Visible Mantra - a resource for writing and visualising mantras and seed syllables.

I have a bunch of other websites including old blogs, and social networking sites...
- Bricolage - my original blog, no longer updated except on random occasions
- JayaravaSpace - more or less defunct now.

- I no longer use Facebook or Twitter. Life is too short.
